Nottingham Forest will have to make some decisions on a few players over the January transfer window.
Big strides were made to try and strengthen the squad in the summer but with the club sat 17th in the Premier League, this season hasn’t gone according to plan.
Tomorrow night, FC Utrecht will host Forest and the Reds need a Europa League win to try and make a late run to finish in the top eight and reach the last 16 automatically.
January probably can’t come soon enough for Sean Dyche as he looks to add a few more players to his depleted squad and now a claim has been made about someone set to join the Reds.

Club owner makes Cuiabano claim
Cuiabano was given a hero’s goodbye when he played his last game for Botafogo on Sunday.
The left-back is now set to link up with Forest but it would appear as though John Textor now wants to keep him in Brazil ahead of next season.
According to Globo Esporte, Textor has contacted Forest to discuss what the future holds for Cuiabano.
If the Reds feel they’re well-stocked at left-back, then ultimately Textor will try and prise the 23-year-old back to Brazil.
It’s believed internally that the chances are slim and as a result, Forest might welcome the defender into their squad for the second half of the campaign.
Do you want to see Cuiabano get a chance in the Forest first team?
Forest can’t let Cuiabano head back to Botafogo
Given that the player has been showcasing a brilliant desire to get forward at Botafogo, it’s fair to say that he deserves a chance at Forest.
The Reds are short of full-backs in general, with Ola Aina and Oleksandr Zinchenko both injured at the moment.
As a result, there has been little time for Neco Williams and Nicolo Savona to take a rest, despite a rigorous run of fixtures domestically and in Europe.
Cuiabano looks to fit the profile of a player Forest would look to target from Brazil and letting him head back to Brazil would make little sense at all.
