Alan Shearer also praised Sangare for his efforts, and it’s taken some time for the Ivorian to get his flowers from the Forest fan base.

It’s been important to understand what type of player Sangare is, with some of his critics believing he doesn’t score or create enough goals for the team.

That is nonsense, though, and when it comes to breaking things up defensively, Sangare has largely been decent since coming to Forest from PSV for £30 million.

Now, Sangare is finally hitting his straps under the influence of Sean Dyche and after the African Cup of Nations, the hope will be that he will continue his fine form.
