Edu is nearing the sack at Nottingham Forest, with Evangelos Marinakis set to make the announcement imminently.
The Brazilian has been in his position as Global Head of Football for less than a year, but now, the Forest owner is ready to pull the plug on the appointment.
On a scale of 1-10 how happy are you that Edu is set to leave Forest?
Edu was responsible for some drab recruitment in the summer, with Douglas Luiz and Oleksandr Zinchenko courted heavily but already departing after less than six months at Forest.
Omari Hutchinson was another player Edu pushed for and there has been enough from him to suggest that he could still come good at the club.

Edu feels Marinakis has made a mistake of his own
Brazilian journalist Ivo Almeida has spoken with ESPN about the decision made by Forest to part with Edu
The journalist told ESPN Brazil: “They were surprised yesterday when they started seeing reports that he was banned from the training ground. But people close to him say that this had already been happening for a few days.
“He spoke with people from Marinakis’ side and understood that it was the right moment to break that link. He is a guy with personality. He likes to have the freedom to run the department, while Marinakis is someone who appears a lot in the process.
“There is no certainty from people around Edu that he wants to return to Brazil right now. He understands that he still has a market in Europe.”
Marinakis will recognise that this season has been a complete and utter disaster, regardless of what happens from this point.
If the Reds do win the Europa League, it would perhaps be salvaged to a certain degree, but with Premier League survival up in the air, that does feel quite unlikely.
Lessons have to be learned from this season, whatever happens, and given that Edu was responsible for Nuno Espirito Santo leaving the club, this will go down as one of Marinakis’ worst decisions at Forest.
