Sean Dyche was sacked as the manager of Nottingham Forest last month, and he’s now started to open up on his five months in charge.
Evangelos Marinakis asked senior players their opinion on Dyche before handing the manager his P45 after a period of drab football and heavy criticism of his players in the public domain.
Dyche was replaced by Vitor Pereira and although he’s lost two and drawn one of his first three Premier League games, the performance levels have improved.
Dyche has been linked with Tottenham but it would appear as though the former Reds boss has no plans to get back into football just yet, with a surprise new job now coming to light.

Sean Dyche set for comedy gig
Dyche’s utter woke nonsense movement is now set to branch out into podcast format, with comedian Jacob Hawley announcing a new line of work for the ex-Forest manager.
He’s broken the news of his collaboration with Dyche on The Screen Rot Podcast, with details on why Dyche isn’t getting back into football any time soon.
He said: “Yeah, there’s no NDA just yet. I think I’m about to start a new comedy podcast, I should stress. It’s being billed as, it’s a comedy podcast about football rather than a football podcast trying to be funny.

“So I’m going to be a regular part of it. I mean, yeah, it’s Sean Dyche and it’s about woke culture. It’s about woke culture and football. And it’s literally called Utter Woke Nonsense. And it’s Sean Dyche and me.
“I mean, it’s, it’s made by Piers Morgan, which I don’t love. I mean, it could be one of those things, one episode and it’s done. It’s very much a thing of like, the producers are like, ‘he’s promised us he’s not going to take another football job.’”
“I mean, they probably, they wouldn’t love me saying this, but apparently, he said to them, he was like, ‘I got 5 million out of two months with Forest. I’m happy to stick on YouTube for a while.’”
Dyche’s podcast will likely be a hit and although he was sacked by Forest, he’s still a man with some good stories to tell and he does have a personality that is dying out in football.
Sadly, Dyche’s old-fashioned footballing principles didn’t wash with the current squad, and Marinakis was right to pull the plug when he did.
Now, once he’s had a bash at comedy, it will be interesting to see whether he does land another job in the Premier League at any time in the future.
