Nottingham Forest take on Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.
It’s the final game of the Premier League season, so Vitor Pereira’s side will be keen to end it on a high.
Nottingham Forest have won three out of their last five games in the league, although, they suffered a 3-2 defeat to Manchester United last time out.
What is your prediction for Saturday’s final game of the season vs Bournemouth?🤔
We've not beaten Bournemouth since 2015!😮
Either way, confidence should be high heading into the clash, particularly considering it’s on their own patch at the City Ground.
The Premier League have now made an announcement ahead of the game in the East Midlands.

Craig Pawson appointed referee for Nottingham Forest vs Bournemouth
The Premier League have announced that Craig Pawson will be the referee for Nottingham Forest’s clash against Bournemouth on the final day.
Pawson will be joined by Paul Howard on Video Assistant Referee duty.
The full list of matchday officials are below.
- Referee: Craig Pawson
- Assistants: Lee Betts, Alistair Nelson
- Fourth official: Gavin Ward
- VAR: Paul Howard
- Assistant VAR: Natalie Aspinall
Unfortunately, Nottingham Forest have a dreadful record with Pawson in charge, as they’ve lost over half of the games he’s officiated.
| Games | Won | Drawn | Lost | Yellow cards | Red cards | Penalties awarded |
| 19 | 5 | 4 | 10 | 37 | 2 | 5 |
The 47-year-old’s last game with Forest came at the very start of the season when Nuno Espirito Santo was still in the dugout.
Forest lost 3-0 to West Ham United that day, resulting in Nuno getting the sack by Evangelos Marinakis.
That seems like a long time ago now, and the new era under Pereira looks promising, so hopefully three points await the Tricky Trees on the final day.
