Nottingham Forest face Bournemouth today, and on the eve of the game, the football club made a huge announcement.
The Reds go into the game against the Cherries knowing that they will remain a Premier League club next season regardless of what happens.
Murillo has signed a NEW contract but who do Nottingham Forest need to tie down next?
Bournemouth can still qualify for the Champions League today if results go their way and next season, Forest would dearly love to get themselves back into contention for a European place.
On Saturday night, Forest stunned the fan base by making a big announcement regarding Murillo, and the player has now reacted.

Murillo signs new Nottingham Forest contract
One player who definitely won’t be leaving Forest this summer is Brazilian centre-back Murillo.
The 23-year-old has committed to Forest by signing a new deal, taking him to 2030 at the City Ground.
Murillo has been linked with a host of clubs previously, with Chelsea and Liverpool expressing interest from the Premier League.
However, Murillo is staying at Forest for the time being and after being awarded the new deal, he’s reacted on the official website.
He said: “This is my second renewal with the club, and I’m feeling so happy. It’s a dream and really important for me, my family and my career. It shows how important I am to the club and that people have confidence in me.”
Forest will now likely keep their defensive unit intact for next season, with Nikola Milenkovic, Ola Aina and Neco Williams all set with decent contracts on Trentside.
Murillo signing a new deal is huge for the football club and perhaps displays a statement of intent from Evangelos Marinakis as the curtain comes down on the 2025/26 campaign.
Forest can’t find themselves in a relegation battle again next season and this signing should help the club continue building and enjoy a far happier campaign next time around.
