Callum Hudson-Odoi has sung the praises of England midfielder Elliot Anderson with the World Cup now in full swing.
Hudson-Odoi’s season prematurely ended in a Europa League game against Porto, with the player requiring surgery on his thigh.
Do you think Thomas Tuchel now regrets not taking Morgan Gibbs-White to the World Cup
England looked devoid of ideas against Ghana!😡
Hudson-Odoi has been touted to potentially play for Ghana previously, and last night they came up against England at the World Cup.
Ahead of last night’s game, Hudson-Odoi made a claim about Anderson after being quizzed on his Forest teammate.

Callum Hudson-Odoi shares what he wants Elliot Anderson to do
Hudson-Odoi is back in the gym early this summer as he bids to be up to speed ahead of the players returning for pre-season training.
The winger was sorely missed in the closing stages of the campaign, and he remains the club’s number one winger.
Ahead of last night’s clash with Ghana, Hudson-Odoi shared how proud he was of Anderson and also made a correct prediction for the game.
He said on Instagram: “Amazing! Played as he normally does. He sets the standard for himself, and he’s living up to it. I hope he keeps it up for the whole tournament. He played a really good game (against Croatia), and I hope he just keeps going and working hard.”
Hudson-Odoi will be a huge player for Forest next season
The winger enjoyed good moments last season, and hopefully, he can benefit from a full pre-season should he get his fitness levels right in the off-season.
Hudson-Odoi only cost £3 million from Chelsea, and the challenge for him is to start registering more goals and assists in the future.
It’s easy to forget how young Hudson-Odoi is, given how long he’s been around the game, and Forest can still get more out of the winger.
Hopefully, some new players can be added to the ranks this summer, but Hudson-Odoi could be like a new signing if he returns with a vengeance from his latest injury setback.
