Chris Sutton has delivered a prediction on who will tomorrow night’s match between Nottingham Forest and Fulham.

The Reds head to London with Steve Cooper under increasing pressure to improve results.

Forest have won just one of their last 10 matches, with just three wins coming from their 14 matches so far.

Cooper knows that things must change quickly if he has any chance of keeping his City Ground position.

Forest have been linked with a couple of managers since the speculation started.

Julen Lopetegui is admired at the City Ground, whilst Oliver Glasner is also thought to be on the radar.

Sutton predicts Forest v Fulham in the Premier League

The pundit has been discussing Forest during his weekly results column – and Sutton thinks the Reds might claim something.

Fulham almost defeated Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday and they will be confident going into tomorrow night’s game.

Sutton thinks Forest might upset the odds a little bit, however, and has backed Cooper to get a point at Craven Cottage.

He said on BBC Sport: “It’s three defeats in a row for Nottingham Forest and the noise around the future of their manager Steve Cooper won’t go away until their results improve, no matter how unfair that seems.

“These two teams are next to each other in the bottom half of the table, so you would expect this game to be close and I actually think they will end up sharing the points.”

Sutton has predicted a 1-1 draw for Forest and that would likely appease the fan base too.

Forest have to be positive at Fulham

The performance level from Forest against Everton on Saturday was simply unacceptable.

Cooper will know that and although Forest should have had a penalty, they got what they deserved from the game.

Sutton has spoken about Forest head coach Cooper recently and he doesn’t think he should be sacked.

The Reds need to be more attacking when they play away from home and they have the players to go with that approach.

Cooper will know the importance of the game tomorrow night and hopefully, Forest can leave the capital with a positive result.
