Michael Brown has given his verdict on the displays produced by Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga this season.
The former Manchester City midfielder has been impressed by how Elanga has performed for Forest since his move from Manchester United in the summer of 2023.
So, what has Michael Brown said about Anthony Elanga? Let’s take a look.
Praise for Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga
Well, Michael Brown has praised Anthony Elanga. The BBC Sport pundit has been impressed by the displays produced by the winger for Nottingham Forest so far this season.
Elanga moved to Forest from Premier League rivals Manchester United in the summer of 2023. The winger cost the Reds a transfer fee of £15 million (The Guardian).

The Sweden international winger has made 14 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
Elanga has scored four goals and given six assists in those games. He has played in a number of positions, including right-wing, left-wing and centre-forward. His teammates have been impressed.
Brown told BBC Sport: “They have Morgan Gibbs-White who can fill in where they have brought in youngsters.
“Anthony Elanga has done really well down the right-hand side and they are strong in attacking positions.”
My View: Anthony Elanga a big player in Nottingham Forest’s survival quest
Nottingham Forest are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
After winning two Premier League matches in a row, Nuno’s side have lost their last two.
Forest are just a point above the relegation zone and will face Bournemouth away from home in the Premier League on Sunday.
In my opinion, Anthony Elanga will play a big role in Forest’s quest to retain their Premier League status for next season.
Elanga is doing well now and is settled at the City Ground. He scores goals and creates chances, and I think that he will have to continue to do so for the rest of the season.
