Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has named two Nottingham Forest players who would be a massive threat to his side at the City Ground.

Nuno’s Forest will take on Klopp’s Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday.

So, what has Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said about Nottingham Forest? Let’s take a look.

Jurgen Klopp praises Nottingham Forest duo Anthony Elanga and Morgan Gibbs-White

Well, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been speaking about Nottingham Forest ahead of the Premier League game at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon.

Liverpool are aiming to win the Premier League title this season, while Forest are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship.

However, Klopp is wary of the threat posed by Forest and named two players who are a threat to his team.

As you can see below, Klopp has outlined how Forest wingers Anthony Elanga and Morgan Gibbs-White could really hurt his team.

Elanga has made 18 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League for Forest this season. The 21-year-old Sweden international winger has scored five goals and given seven assists in those games.

Gibbs-White has made 23 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Reds this campaign. He has scored three goals and given four assists in those games and has become better in recent weeks.

My View: Jurgen Klopp is right to be concerned

While Liverpool have the better team and will head into the Premier League match as favourites, I have no doubt that Nottingham Forest can get something at the City Ground.

Anthony Elanga and Morgan Gibbs-White are two very good wingers who are direct and have pace. They are creative as well and can be unpredictable.

Yes, Liverpool have a good defensive unit, but playing at home will give Forest an advantage, and I think that Nuno’s side could be able to get a point at least from the match.
