Nottingham Forest have been dealing with the FA more than their own players in recent times, with Evangelos Marinakis the latest to be hit.
Nuno Espirito Santo was meant to be banned after being sent off by Rob Jones during Nottingham Forest‘s clash with Brighton and Hove Albion.
However, he ended up serving no ban for the red card and was on the touchline for the club’s clash with Fulham the weekend just gone.
Morgan Gibbs-White was also sent off against Brighton for a second yellow card offence.
Despite the BBC’s independent panel voting 3-2 in favor of the red card decision being wrong, Gibbs-White sat out the clash with Fulham.
Now, another accusation has been made at a Nottingham Forest figure.

Evangelos Marinakis accused of improper conduct by the FA
Evangelos Marinakis has been charged by the FA for improper conduct.
It’s alleged that Marinakis’ behaviour around the tunnel area after the final whistle was improper, and he now has until Monday, 7th October, to respond.
It seems crazy that Marinakis is punished for his behaviour when Rob Jones gets off with no punishment for causing the whole controversy with a decision that was voted to be wrong.
