Nottingham Forest have already had a number of issues with referees and VAR this season, and now Gary Neville has brought the Reds up in conversation with Howard Webb.
Nuno Espirito Santo is currently gearing his side up to welcome Crystal Palace to the City Ground on Monday night in what will be a tough encounter for Nottingham Forest.
The Reds don’t have the best of records at home this season, which is a big change from what fans are used to at the City Ground.
Regardless, Forest are currently sweating over the fitness of Morgan Gibbs-White, who is currently in crutches ahead of the Palace clash.
He was also seen missing from training, but it could all be one big precaution.
Interestingly, Gary Neville brought up Forest’s last game against Chelsea with Howard Webb in the process of calling for a rule change.

Howard Webb grilled on ‘ridiculous’ handball rule
Howard Webb has already come out and explained the decision not to send Dominik Szoboszlai off for kicking the ball away against Nottingham Forest.
Interestingly, there appears to have another issue Gary Neville spotted involving Nottingham Forest, as he brought it up to Howard Webb.
Speaking on the Overlap, the Sky Sports pundit says he doesn’t like the handball rule where the arm of a player moves away from their arm when planting their foot to defend a cross.
This was something he spotted happen during Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea, and here’s what he had to say.
“We also see defenders doing this now. I think it was a Forest defender doing it on a Chelsea chance near the end of the game where they’re doing this (hands behind back to avoid handball).
“That is unnatural and they’re basically trying to do this to block that ball like that. Where are we at with handball because I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.”
Nottingham Forest’s issues with VAR and referees this season
The big one that stands out was the incident with Rob Jones sending Morgan Gibbs-White off, which ended up being voted as the wrong decision by an independent panel.
Another issue was the failure to award a penalty after a challenge from Calvin Bassey on Anthony Elanga during the Fulham clash, where you clearly see his leg being taken away.
And the penalty Murillo gave away against the Cottagers was also contentious, as he wasn’t even looking when he made contact with Andreas Pereira.
It’s not exactly been a relaxing time of things for Forest, but hopefully the officiating improves from here.
