Nottingham Forest have made a blistering start to the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.
Nuno Espirito Santo has overseen a remarkable transformation after a solid pre-season and things are starting to look up.
In the latest victory, Forest blew West Ham United away with a solid display of defending and a ruthless session of finishing.
In Chris Wood, the club has a striker bang in form and he was praised by Shay Given after his eighth goal in 10 appearances on Saturday.
A number of players are producing the goods for Forest at the moment and it was a real team effort at the weekend.
Elliot Anderson did well from the bench and once again the strength in depth that Forest possesses this season was evident.

Alan Shearer hails ‘solid’ Nottingham Forest star vs West Ham
Shearer is one pundit who has been rather positive about Forest this season.
He’s once again placed someone from Forest in his Team of the Week after another Premier League victory for the Reds.
This time, it’s Ola Aina who has come in for some praise and it’s easy to understand why.
He’s quite possibly the best free transfer Forest have ever signed and his goal against West Ham was an absolute screamer.
Shearer told the Premier League’s official website: “Scored a sensational goal in the victory over West Ham and was part of a solid defensive display from Nottingham Forest.”
Forest must offer Aina a new contract
The Reds can’t become a club that lets their top stars leave for nothing when their contracts expire.
As a result, Aina has to be tied down to a long-term deal and it has to be done as a matter of urgency in the coming weeks.
It’s claimed that Forest value Aina at £8 million but after his form this season, surely he’s worth more than that now.
Aina has been just as brilliant at right-back this season as he was at left-back during 2023/24 and his versatility makes him a huge asset.
His goal was just remarkable at the weekend and now the time has come for Forest to make sure Aina is at the club for his best years as a player.
