The Reds are flying on the pitch and Marinakis is now leaving no stone unturned when it comes to getting the right people in place away from the green bit.
With 2025 just over a week away, Forest have announced a big move in the boardroom as Marinakis shuffles some things around.
Edu is shortly going to take a job with the Marinakis empire, overseeing things at all of his clubs.
Now, the Reds have a new CEO too with the Forest owner announcing the appointment on the eve of Christmas.

Souloukou joins Forest from Roma and will get underway in her new role from the first week in January
She will oversee the strategic development of Forest and be responsible for the long-term vision of the football club in the Premier League.
There is also a mention of European competitions and clearly that is where Marinakis wants Forest to be playing from next season.
It’s claimed that Souloukou has a strong legal background and also has a strong understanding of the global football landscape.

The ambitious Forest owner is clearly happy to get this one over the line and believes Souloukou will be a wonderful addition.
He said to the club’s official website: “We are delighted to welcome Lina Souloukou to our team. Her proven track record in football management and her passion and commitment align perfectly with our vision for Nottingham Forest and the wider group as we continue to push for greater success.”
Marinakis is clearly leaving no stone unturned in his quest to establish Forest as one of Europe’s top football clubs.
Souloukou has experience working with Roma and that will make her a very important appointment for the club.
Marinakis doesn’t tend to employ duds and now it will be fascinating to see what the club can do under her influence behind the scenes.
