Nottingham Forest are starting to make moves on the transfer front, with a Brazilian centre-back Vitao from Internacional on their radar.
Many people thought Nottingham Forest would tail away after a fine start to the Premier League season, but they’ve showed no signs of letting up.
Nuno Espirito Santo has been a breath of fresh air since pre-season with things drastically turning around, and Evangelos Marinakis believes Nikola Milenkovic is a massive part of that.
The defensive record has improved massively, as just 19 goals have been conceded so far, which is on par with league leaders Liverpool.
Interestingly, it appears as if Nottingham Forest are trying to strengthen at centre-back, as they’ve made contact to sign Brazilian centre-back Vitao.
Nottingham Forest make contact to sign Vitao from Internacional
Nottingham Forest have enjoyed the success of Murillo since he made the move to Nottingham Forest, establishing himself as one of the standout performers.
And the Reds could now fetch a world record fee for Murillo should they decided to sell him.

According to Revista Colorada, Nottingham Forest have made contact with Vitao’s representatives over a potential move for centre-back Vitao.
He’s 24 years of age and a regular at the heart of the defence for the Brazilian club.

Is a centre-back required at Nottingham Forest?
Well, there’s already the likes of Murillo, Nikola Milenkovic and Morato as the three centre-backs that Nuno Espirito Santo turns to the most.
Willy Boly and Andrew Omobamidele are waiting in the wings but haven’t received many minutes.
So there is enough cover at the City Ground, but the latter has been linked with a move away in January, whilst Boly is out of contract in the summer.
After seeing Murillo’s rise to stardom in England, it comes as no surprise that Marinakis is looking at the Brazilian market once again.
