Nottingham Forest are drawing up a list of targets ahead of the fast-approaching summer transfer window.
With Champions League football potentially on the horizon, Nottingham Forest will have a sizable budget to spend.
Nuno Espirito Santo is already eyeing Bournemouth striker Evanilson, whilst Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez is also emerging as a target.
Forest are looking to bolster their attacking ranks not just up front but on the flanks, too, as AC Milan wide player Alexis Saelemaeker is on Nuno’s radar.
And now, they’ve just been given a boost in their pursuit of another winger they’ve been looking.

Thomas Frank admits he may have to sell Nottingham Forest target Bryan Mbeumo
Nottingham Forest have been showing a serious interest in Bryan Mbeumo ahead of the window opening in June.
Bryan Mbeumo has been in sensational form for Brentford this term, netting 18 goals whilst laying on seven assists.
Forest are confident of securing the Frenchman’s signature and now Bees manager Thomas Frank has just admitted the club may have to sanction his sale.
“If the right price — and that’s going to be expensive — is coming, then I’m sure the club will be open to it,” Frank told Sky Sports.
“I’ve said many times: we are a selling club. But at the same time we have to reinforce that there are 10 clubs in the world who aren’t selling clubs.
“I lost Neal Maupay, Ollie Watkins and Ivan Toney as three key strikers that were 25 goals plus. Every season we replace the goals with other players so I am confident that we can do it again.”
Forest will have to be wary of Mbeumo tonight
Forest play host to Brentford at the City Ground this evening, knowing a win will take them back into third place.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |
| 3 | 34 | 19 | 5 | 10 | 65 | 44 | 21 | 62 | |
| 4 | 34 | 18 | 7 | 9 | 66 | 43 | 23 | 61 | |
| 5 | 34 | 17 | 9 | 8 | 59 | 40 | 19 | 60 | |
| 6 | 33 | 18 | 6 | 9 | 53 | 39 | 14 | 60 | |

| 8 | 34 | 14 | 9 | 11 | 50 | 46 | 4 | 51 |
So it’s a massive game in the hunt for Champions League football and Nuno will have to be very wary of Mbeumo.
The prolific wide player is expected to be up against Harry Toffolo, who’s only just come into the side recently due to injuries.
So it’ll be a real test for the former Huddersfield Town defender on what’s expected to be his second league start of the campaign.
