Nottingham Forest could be set for a transformative summer transfer window.
With European football almost certainly on the horizon, Nottingham Forest will need to bulk up their squad.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are still in the hunt for a Champions League spot, with just two points separating them from fifth-placed Chelsea.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |

| 4 | 35 | 19 | 6 | 10 | 66 | 45 | 21 | 63 | |

| 9 | 35 | 15 | 7 | 13 | 62 | 53 | 9 | 52 |
If Forest indeed finish in the top five, they’ll have a much bigger budget to spend and they’ll be able to attract a higher calibre of player.
That will also open the door for a number of exits, and supporters all agree that one player should definitely be sold.

Nottingham Forest fans agree Danilo should be sold amid fresh transfer development
It’s just emerged that Nottingham Forest midfielder Danilo could leave for Brazil, with his former club Palmeiras interested in bringing him back.
Forest fans have been reacting to the transfer rumour and all agree the £16m star should be moved on at the end of the season.
“£10M and he’s yours. Need a much stronger and more dynamic midfielder in,” @curt_nffc said.
@RalphVixCPA added: “Love the guy, but he probably needs minutes elsewhere to get moving forward again.”
“I’ve not been convinced since he’s come back from injury. If the deal was right, I’d sell him,” @worlo24 commented.
“His frailties were covered previously by his important goals. Now they’ve dried up, we are left with a headless chicken who gives the ball away in dangerous areas,” @carvel4444 posted.
@Harvey_XCX said: “Get rid, he’s absolutely s—-.”
“Sell sell sell sell,” @NffcGlory commented.
Danilo hasn’t convinced since returning from injury
Since returning from injury in February, Danilo has failed to break into Espirito Santo’s starting line-up, and he’s looked far from convincing when he has come off the bench.
Getting ahead of Elliot Anderson will be some task, so perhaps it is best to move him on for a decent fee and reinvest into a more suitable number eight.
Forest have been eyeing Juventus’ Douglas Luiz, who the Italian giants value at around £34m, so that’d certainly be an upgrade.
Inter’s Davide Fratessi has also been linked to the City Ground.
