Nottingham Forest’s quest for Champions League qualification faces three more tests, the first of those coming against Leicester City.

Forest’s patchy run of form has left their European hopes in doubt heading into the final three games of the season, currently sitting outside the top five.

But with Forest’s Champions League rivals expected to drop points, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side will have the chance to pounce this weekend against Leicester City.

The already relegated Foxes don’t have anything to play for, but they will no doubt want to get one over their East Midlands rivals and potentially derail their European dreams.

With that being said, here is all you need to know ahead of a crucial game at the City Ground.

Is Nottingham Forest v Leicester City on TV?

Supporters will be glad to hear that Forest’s derby against Leicester will be on TV, with the match set to be showcased live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League from 1 PM BST.

Live-streaming will also be available via the SkyGo app.

Nottingham Forest team/injury news

Callum Hudson-Odoi missed the Crystal Palace clash last time out with a hamstring injury, and it is currently unknown whether he will return in time to face Leicester.

Nottingham Forest may also be without Murillo, who picked up an injury at Selhurst Park, limping off in the 81st minute. Murillo claimed he ‘will get it right’ post-match, but it remains to be seen whether he can get himself fit enough for Sunday.

If the pair are unable to feature, we could likely see Jota Silva and Morato step in as replacements.

Leicester City team/injury news

Ruud van Nistelrooy has several injuries to deal with ahead of his side’s trip to the City Ground. First-choice goalkeeper Mads Hermansen will be unavailable after recently undergoing surgery.

Attackers Stephy Mavididi and Bobby De Cordova-Reid are both set to miss the rest of the season and will therefore be absent for the Forest clash.

Brighton loanee Facundo Buonanotte could return, however, after missing last weekend’s win vs Southampton with a concussion.
