Morgan Gibbs-White is once more involved in the England set-up, but England fans cannot believe what Thomas Tuchel has done in the buildup to the Andorra clash.
Gibbs-White was picked for England to face Andorra and Senegal in June, with the second fixture set to be played at the City Ground.
England boss Tuchel hasn’t made himself particularly popular within the Reds fanbase after Tuchel left Gibbs-White out of the squad in March before bringing him in as a late call-up.
Despite this, Tuchel gave Gibbs-White no minutes for England, with that theme looking set to continue if Tuchel’s England starting XI to face Andorra is anything to go by.

England fans in shock as Morgan Gibbs-White is snubbed for Jordan Henderson
England’s clash with Andorra shouldn’t exactly be a challenge, so you’d expect that Tuchel would want to give some of the more fringe members of the squad a chance to impress.
Gibbs-White would fall into this category, but the German coach has chosen 34-year-old Jordan Henderson in his place, to the disappointment of Forest and England fans.
One fan said: “Gibbs-White should be starting over Henderson,” with another adding: “Don’t get me started on Henderson, why he’s in the squad in the first place is beyond me when we have Eze and MGW on the bench.”

One more England fan said: “Imagine being really promising young players and just had an amazing season (MGW & Rice), then checking the team sheet for a chance against Andorra and seeing 34-year-old Henderson picked instead.”
Morgan Gibbs-White needs a chance for England
Of course, Henderson and Gibbs-White play different roles in a midfield, but it represents a concerning trend of preferring the old guard of the England national team when there is a chance to bed in new blood.
Gibbs-White impressed Tuchel in training in March, but that didn’t garner an opportunity for minutes under the England boss.
The ideal opportunity to start Gibbs-White would’ve been against Andorra, but with England playing at the City Ground on Thursday in a friendly, it would be harsh to rob the Forest talisman of a chance to impress for the Three Lions at his home ground.
