Nottingham Forest are busy being put through their paces out in Portugal on a pre-season training camp.
The weather has soared way over 30 degrees in the shade and the fitness work that the Forest players will receive over there will put the team in good shape.
The Forest squad is considerably weaker in Portugal, however, with Anthony Elanga sold to Newcastle and Morgan Gibbs-White not currently with the group either.
Forest want Dan Ndoye to replace Elanga but it would appear that Napoli are chasing hard to sign the Swiss international before the window closes.
The Forest players can’t think about any of that, however, with the pre-season training campaign firmly underway and Nuno Espirito Santo busy putting the team through their paces.

What Murillo did in Nottingham Forest training
The Brazilian player is one player who some fans might be surprised is still at Forest.
Although Murillo signed a new five-year contract at the City Ground in January, it was anticipated that the signature would merely help Forest retain their valuation of the defender.
For a defender, the player boasts a large scale of Brazilian flamboyance, and clearly he likes to unleash that side in training.
Known for his mesmeric runs down the pitch, Murillo took flight in training and deliciously chipped a brilliant goal beyond the goalkeeper.
Surely it’s only a matter of time before he scores a goal of this nature in the Premier League and it does appear as though Murillo is one player who will definitely remain on Trentside next season.
Murillo can truly kick on in 2025/26
Forest don’t yet know the competition they will be playing in next season but whether it’s the Europa League or the UEFA Conference League, the Reds could really see the best of Murillo.
Ian Wright would pay to watch Murillo in action and it’s rare that such a sentiment is claimed about a defender.
Last season, Murillo scored his first two goals for Forest against Newcastle and Crystal Palace, although they weren’t as spectacular as fans might have anticipated.
It feels like only a matter of time until he scores one of the outrageous goals he’s been bagging in training and hopefully, fans can see that put into practice this season.
