Nottingham Forest are going to be going in search of a number of new players before the new Premier League season gets underway.
Morgan Gibbs-White penned a new Forest contract on Saturday and naturally, that is something that has delighted the fan base.
Anthony Elanga has been sold this month and that has left Forest somewhat short of options when it comes to the wide areas of the pitch.
Dan Ndoye is Forest’s number one target this summer to replace Elanga but it would appear that Gibbs-White’s decision to stay hasn’t tempered the club’s interest in another player.

Nottingham Forest still want James McAtee deal
According to The Telegraph, Forest are still working with Manchester City to try and close a deal for the attacking midfielder.
It was claimed for a little while that McAtee was viewed as the replacement for Gibbs-White when it was thought that he’d depart the club this summer.
However, it appears that the interest in McAtee is still alive despite the fact that the current number 10 has now committed his future to the club.
McAtee is available for transfer this summer, with Manchester City dropping him down the pecking order on the back of a glut of summer arrivals.
McAtee would be perfect summer signing
The youngster could be a very good long-term successor to Gibbs-White and playing alongside him for a season or two could make a lot of sense.
McAtee doesn’t have lots of experience playing regular minutes in a Premier League team but he has made some appearances in the cup competitions and from the bench for City.
The talented forward captained England under-21s to European Championship glory this summer and he already has a relationship with Elliot Anderson.
Pep Guardiola has called McAtee ‘special’ previously and if a deal can be struck, this could prove to be a very useful deal for the club.
