Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace are both trying to sign a £25m midfielder this summer transfer window.
The two clubs have been in battle all summer over who should be in the UEFA Europa League this season.
Evangelos Marinakis believes Forest deserve to be in the Europa League as Crystal Palace have breached a multi-club ownership regulation.
Whilst Steve Parish is adamant Crystal Palace should win the appeal, with the Court of Arbitration for Sport set to give their verdict.
Whilst they wait for the final decision, Nottingham Forest and Palace are locking horns in the transfer market, too, as they bid to sign an AC Milan star.

Crystal Palace rival Nottingham Forest for Yunus Musah
Nottingham Forest have made Yunus Musah a priority signing, with AC Milan open to sanctioning his sale this summer.
Musah is valued at around £25m and Forest are pushing to make the deal happen, however, there is competition.
Napoli have already sent in a bid for Musah and now according to journalist Ciro Venerato, via Area Napoli, Crystal Palace have joined the race.
There is now a three-horse race to land the 22-year-old midfielder, however, it seems the advantage may lie with Napoli.
The reigning Serie A champions may have Musah’s preference, as he wants to remain in Italy, though, he is open to a move to the Premier League.
Nottingham Forest have two alternative targets to Yunus Musah
Whilst Forest have made Musah their number one target, they are exploring alternatives and have made a bid to sign Soungoutou Magassa.
Forest have lodged an £11m bid for Magassa and the AS Monaco midfielder is keen on a move to the City Ground.
RB Salzburg’s Mads Bidstrup is also on Nuno’s radar and hasn’t ruled out a transfer to the Tricky Trees.
“I’m really happy here. I like the city and the club; I really feel at home. [I’m] focusing only on Salzburg. After that, there are three weeks until the end of the transfer window. We’ll see.”
Just three weeks remain before the summer transfer window slams shut on September 1st.
