Nottingham Forest have been exploring a move to sign Adama Traore from Fulham this summer transfer window.
Nuno Espirito Santo is still in the market for a winger, having lost Anthony Elanga to Newcastle United and potentially Jota Silva to Sporting. Ramon Sosa has also left the City Ground.
Nottingham Forest have signed Dan Ndoye, but they’re also looking at Adama Traore, who is keen to reunite with his former manager Nuno.
Traore enjoyed a productive season with the Cottagers, laying on nine assists across all competitions, so his stock has certainly risen.
Now, a fresh update has emerged on his potential move to Nottingham Forest.

How likely Nottingham Forest are to sign Adama Traore
Forest have been in talks to sign Traore for a number of weeks, but so far there has been no breakthrough in negotiations.
Now, according to the Times, it’s understood Forest’s chance of signing the Spanish winger are considered ‘unlikely.’
It’s not known exactly why, but given he has three years remaining on his contract, Fulham were perhaps looking for a pretty substantial fee.
Nuno and his chiefs have clearly moved on to other targets, with a bid being considered for Ipswich Town’s Omari Hutchinson.
Nottingham Forest’s three alternative targets to Adama Traore
Forest are weighing up a £40m bid for Hutchinson, who is also attracting interest from Everton and Brentford.
Hutchinson is keen on a return to the Premier League, so personal terms aren’t expected to be a problem.
Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman has also emerged as an ambitious target for Forest, with the Nigerian wideman wanting out.
Lookman is being chased by Serie A giants Inter Milan, so that transfer seems pretty unlikely.
RC Strasbourg’s Dilane Bakwa is also on Nuno’s radar and a £24m bid has gone in for the young Frenchman.
Though, the Ligue 1 outfit want around £30m to sanction his sale.
