Nottingham Forest are looking to finalise their squad ahead of the closing stages of the season.
The transfer window slams shut next Monday with a number of deals still on the table for Forest.
Sean Dyche will hope to get at least one more player through the door, although as many as three could arrive at the City Ground.
Lorenzo Lucca has already checked in from Napoli, and it feels very unlikely that he will be the only player to join this month.

Nottingham Forest look to close Jean-Philippe Mateta deal
Forest were linked with Mateta earlier this week, and it’s a deal that does look very appealing to the Crystal Palace striker.
It’s not thought that personal terms will be a problem and Palace are willing to sell the wantaway Frenchman for £40 million.
Forest have so far bid £35 million, and it remains to be seen whether or not a deal can be struck with the Eagles.
According to Dean Jones, Forest are now looking to close the deal quickly, with Tottenham thought to be keen on signing the player.
He posted on X: “Nottingham Forest looking to close Mateta deal amid news that Spurs have started to consider a move for him. No formal contact yet from Tottenham, but they are still looking active in the window.”
Mateta would be brilliant Forest signing
Forest have to get this deal over the line, given that it could be one that seriously changes how the season pans out for Dyche.
The Reds are tantalisingly close to putting some daylight between them and the bottom three, with Palace, Leeds and Wolves to play next in the Premier League.
Complete this sentence: Jean-Philippe Mateta would be our best signing since ___________
Mateta might not be having a season that is quite as successful as the 2024/25 campaign this time around, but he’s still managed to bag eight goals, which would make him Forest’s top goalscorer.
Tottenham still being in the Champions League offers a significant pull, and as a result, Forest have to get this Mateta deal over the line as a matter of urgency.
