Nottingham Forest fans are getting their heads around the idea of Edu not being the club’s Global Head of Football for much longer.
The former Arsenal man was only appointed in the summer but is already in bother, with contrasting reports emerging over Edu’s future.

Forest’s focus right now is on staying in the Premier League and trying to get as far as possible in the Europa League as possible.
With the reports now doing the rounds regarding Edu, there is a sense that there is no smoke without fire, and fans are keen for Evangelos Marinakis to act.

Nottingham Forest fans want Edu sacked
Edu is not at fault for all of Forest’s recruitment but given the nature of the poor campaign, he’s taking a lot of the flak.
Fans can’t wait to see the back of Edu and have responded on our own TalkingPoints.
One fan said: “Yes, get rid of the so-called players who have been a waste of ink they signed with.”
Other fans reacted on X and have also called for the Brazilian to pack his bags and leave Nottingham for good.
One posted: “Fingers crossed he gets the boot.”
Another fan posted an equally emphatic message and said: “I pray this is true, Edu needs to pop off from my club.”
One supporter thinks Marinakis is wasting too much time and said: “Needs to be gone, he’s ruined our club.”
Another fan said: “I’m sick and tired of hearing it. What on earth are the club waiting for?”
Finally, another fan suggested who should come in for Edu, saying: “Write Dougie Freedman a blank cheque.”
Forest fans are right, Edu has to go
This mess of a season all started with Edu falling out with Nuno Espirito Santo.
Although Forest had been found out a little bit under their former head coach last season, there remained a real togetherness within the camp.
That hasn’t been there this season, with four managers coming from the chaos that has spiralled on the back of Edu’s appointment.
The recruitment that he’s been involved in has been average at best and it’s about time he moved on to pastures new.
Marinakis must know that something isn’t quite right with Edu and hopefully, fans get their wish in the coming weeks and he leaves the football club.
