Nottingham Forest will face vast interest in their top players this summer.

Elliot Anderson is being courted by Manchester United and Manchester City, whilst interest will probably be forthcoming in Murillo and Morgan Gibbs-White.

🖊️Neco Williams is in talks over a new Nottingham Forest deal, but how would you grade him for his time at the club?

Vitor Pereira has been linked with the sack and hopefully, Evangelos Marinakis will choose to stick with the head coach who led Forest to a Europa League semi-final and Premier League safety.

Now, some fresh news about another star player has come to light, and it’s bound to go down well with the fan base.

Neco Williams to be offered new Nottingham Forest contract

According to BBC Sport, Forest are moving quickly to try and tie Williams to a longer contract.

Williams has been magnificent for the Reds this season and is catching admiring glances from Everton, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Manchester United.

Despite having three years left on his existing deal, Forest want to tie one of the top performers down to an even longer contract to reward his consistent form.

Williams signed for Forest for £17 million in the summer of 2022, shortly after the Reds had won promotion back to the Premier League.

He took a little while to settle, but has now established himself as one of the best-performing full-backs in the Premier League.

Forest will know that they have to get things spot on in the transfer window this summer, and tying Williams to a new deal would be a most welcome start.

Hopefully, the club can convince the Welshman to sign on the dotted line and give him a deal that will deter any potentially interested parties.
