Nottingham Forest are going in search of a number of players this summer as Vitor Pereira looks to strengthen the squad.
The Reds are likely to lose Elliot Anderson to Manchester City, and a new midfielder or two will definitely be part of the recruitment drive.
Would you take Khephren Thuram at Nottingham Forest next season? 🔥
Davide Frattesi is heavily linked with a move to Forest, and he might be a player who comes in to shake things up in the middle of the park.
Now, another Serie A midfielder looks to be on the radar, but it looks as though a deal will prove tricky in this instance.

Nottingham Forest want Niccolo Pisilli
According to Siamo La Roma, Forest and Como are both keen on signing the Roma midfielder during the summer transfer window.
Pisilli has come through the ranks with the Italian outfit and it would appear as though his form since progressing to the first team has got clubs interested in his services.
The 21-year-old has made 78 appearances for Roma in total, scoring eight goals and claiming five assists from the middle of the park.
Despite his tender years, he’s been capped four times for Italy but was unable to help his country qualify for the World Cup this summer.
The report claims that Forest has made enquiries into his availability already this summer, but it’s been suggested that Roma view him as part of the future and considers him indispensable during this window.
Pisilli could be long-term replacement for Ryan Yates
As a midfielder with defensive tendencies, perhaps Pisilli is viewed as an eventual replacement for Yates in the Forest squad.
The sole survivor from Forest’s play-off final win of 2021/22 is nothing more than a squad player these days, but in all competitions, he made as many appearances as Pisilli last season.
Would you consider cashing in on Matz Sels this summer?
How would you rate his time at Forest? 👍or👎
WhoScored shows that Pisilli wins far more tackles than Yates in the engine room, and that stat is interesting when looking at the two players.
It does feel as though signing Pisilli will be impossible during this summer, but it’s highly likely he will remain on the radar for future transfer windows.
