Lucumi reportedly has a £24m release clause in his contract, which has alerted Juventus to a potential transfer as well.
With that said, the deal could now move at a serious pace after a fresh development.

Glasner will be eager to get new recruits through the door before the first pre-season friendly on July 18 against Notts County.
The Austrian head coach’s system and style of play will require a bit more time getting used to, so it’s imperative the club get business done early.
The Premier League doesn’t start until August 22nd for Forest.
