Nottingham Forest’s promising summer looks set to continue over the coming hours with the Reds closing in on their sixth signing.
Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side face their final pre-season friendly of their Spain tour on Friday night before making their return to the City Ground.
It has been a successful start to the summer for the Reds both on and off the pitch with Forest unbeaten still across their three friednlies.
The players have certainly looked fresh following their summer break and the arrival of the new signings are looking like instant hits.
But Evangelos Marinakis is not quite finished yet with the Forest owner set to seal the signature of another signing over the coming hours.

Nottingham Forest set for sixth summer signing
Forest may have made five signings already this summer, but only four of them are available for Nuno to select with Marko Stamenic having been instantly loaned out for the term.
After a season of battling the drop, Marinakis is looking to provide Nuno with the tools he needs to make improvements at the City Ground.
This is the first summer transfer window Nuno has had at Forest to make some real changes and that is exactly what he is doing.
Although the next signing will not arrive in time to join Forest on their pre-season trip to Spain, Nuno looks set to get another attacking weapon to bolster his squad.
According to journalist Uriel Lugt, Forest are now ‘very close’ to securing the signature of winger Ramon Sosa.
Yesterday, Forest are believed to have raised their offer for the CA Talleres attacker to around €12m (£10m) plus add-ons.
The 24-year-old is said to be really keen to make the move to the Premier League with a full agreement possible over the coming hours.
Forest adding another attacking option
So far this summer, Forest have already added Eric da Silva Moreira to their squad alongside the strong department of wingers already at the club.
There has been speculations surrounding the future of both Callum Hudson-Odoi and Anthony Elanga over recent weeks.
It is believed Newcastle United are keen to sign Elanga, whilst Tottenham Hotspur have shown an interest in Hudson-Odoi.
In Sosa, Forest could be adding a winger who has shown a lot of promise in Argentina having netted seven goals and provided six assists in his 21 appearances this season.
Forest fans will just be hoping these attacking additions does not spell a potential late exit for either Elanga or Hudson-Odoi.
