Nottingham Forest are in the market for another winger this summer and several are being linked with a move to the club this summer.
One player who looks set to sign up for Forest is Jota Silva. A deal for him to move to the City Ground is now thought to be close and should go through.
Forest are hoping to sign two or three attacking players, however, and Silva might not be the last to move to the East Midlands this summer.
Ramon Sosa is another player who has been linked with a move to Forest this summer and now a small development has taken place in the quest to sign him.

Latest update on Forest move for Ramon Sosa
This one has been ongoing for a little while now and there have been some developments it would seem.
It was claimed over the weekend that Sosa had fallen out with his current club Talleres after they rejected a bid from Forest for his services.
A higher offer was received from a club in Brazil but Sosa wasn’t keen on moving to them and instead fancied a crack at the Premier League.
It was also claimed that Sosa had been banished from training whilst the negotiations with Forest were ironed out.
Now, according to Sports Impact, Talleres have placed a 48-hour deadline on any deal for Sosa claiming that the player will be kept if nothing comes to fruition in that time.
If Forest can’t agree a deal with the club before then, Sosa will begin training with his teammates once more and continue his career in Argentina.
The clock is ticking for Forest to sign Sosa
After Forest were linked with Wesley yesterday, it does appear as though the Reds are covering all bases in their search for a new winger.
Sosa looks like an exciting addition, however, and he’s just enjoyed a good run of form at the Copa American which took place in the USA.
Although Paraguay lost all three games and lost at the group stages, Sosa did score and register an assist at the tournament.
During the 2023/24 campaign, Sosa scored seven goals and claimed six assists, typically operating on the left wing.
It’s previously been claimed that Talleres wanted £20 million for the services of Sosa and now it remains to be seen whether Forest will up the ante and get this deal over the line.
