Nottingham Forest make the short trip to Leicester City on the weekend as they aim to maintain their impressive start to the season.
Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side put another three points on the board on Monday night when Crystal Palace made the journey up to the City Ground.
Chris Wood continued his fine run of form this season as the Reds climbed up to eighth spot in the table and level on points with Tottenham Hotspur.
However, it will be interesting to see how Forest are able to manage the quick turnaround having played on Monday night and then on Friday night.
And it already looks like the game has come too soon for Morgan Gibbs-White who did not train ahead of the trip to Leicester.

Paul Merson shares Leicester vs Forest prediction
It has been a really positive start to the season for Forest with the Reds potentially surprising a number of people.
Kris Boyd was left stunned by the way Forest attacked in the early stages of the season and the Reds have continued to put on a show.
With the likes of Wood finding the back of the net on a regular basis, the Reds look like a real threat capable of providing sides some real issues.
But Paul Merson is not convinced Forest are going to have enough on Friday night to take three points away from their former manager.
“I like Steve Cooper despite the criticism he received early on. Leicester are definitely team who have got results in them,” he told Sportskeeda.
“They will finish above Ipswich Town and Southampton, but they need to find one more team they can get ahead of and that’s the tough part. Even though Wolves are where they are in the table now, they are not as bad as it shows. Same with Everton, they will always find a way to avoid the drop.
“This is the major concern for Leicester – can they find another team that they can finish above in the table? I do think this is a really tough game for Leicester. Forest are a better team away from home and an excellent counter-attacking unit. I’m going for a draw in this one.”
Forest need to lean on their impressive away form
One thing which has really stood out for the Reds this season is just how good they have been on the road.
Having provided the shock result of the season in winning away to Liverpool, Forest have provided some big teams problems away from the City Ground.
Here is a roundup of Forest’s impressive away results.
| Opposition | Result |
| Southampton | 0-1 W |
| Liverpool | 0-1 W |
| Brighton & Hove Albion | 2-2 D |
| Chelsea | 1-1 D |
Not only would it be frustrating to drop points to Leicester, but it would be a real shame for Forest’s away form to suffer its first loss against a side who have had their struggles so far this season.
