Nottingham Forest have made a blistering start to the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.
The Reds sit third in the Premier League after 10 games with Newcastle the visitors at the City Ground this weekend.
Forest have really caught the eye under Nuno Espirito Santo this season and it looks as though he’s worked tirelessly this summer.
Several players have caught the eye during the campaign so far with Chris Wood earning a cheeky new nickname from Shay Given.
The man with eight goals in 10 games has won the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month and it’s an accolade that Wood richly deserves.
Several pundits are changing their minds about Forest with Gary Lineker among those to do that earlier this week.
Espirito Santo’s men are firmly making the headlines at the moment and it’s an exciting time to be a Forest supporter.

Graham Potter spots brilliant Forest tactic that has worked wonders
It’s quite weird to hear people in higher footballing circles wax lyrical about Forest.
However, it’s something we could get used to and if the positive results continue then more people will stand up and take notice.
Forest have built on the squad from last season, keeping most of the players together and prioritising quality over quantity in the transfer market.
Graham Potter remains out of work and he’s been very impressed with one tactic that Forest have deployed very successfully this season.
He told the Planet Premier League podcast: “Actually their front four if you look, Elanga, Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi, added to the defensive organisation that Nuno brings, I think they’ve been really smart.
“They will give teams chance to build up, they’ll allow them to come up the pitch a bit to create space for the fast players, Hudson-Odoi, Elanga, Gibbs-White, he’s a good 10.
“If you want to put the ball in the box the old-fashioned way and Chris Wood is there. They’ve also got the long throw which means they’ve got a bit of everything.
Forest can really kick on in the Premier League this season
The foundations have been built now and Forest have set themselves a very high bar.
Team spirit seems sky high just now and the players are all pulling in the same direction for the head coach on the pitch.
Espirito Santo will be looking forward to getting back on the touchline on Sunday following his three-match ban.
He will be buzzing to get back involved with coaching from the side of the pitch – even though Rui Pedro Silva has done a great job in his absence.
Forest now have all of the tools to really make this a memorable season on the pitch.
Now, it’s important that when there is a setback nobody panics and appreciates that Forest are well ahead of the curve after 10 games of the campaign.
